These delightfully illustrated books have been written by Susan Frame, a well-known New Zealand author. The 40 stories in the pack use rich language and humour to make them a “must read” for children practising their reading at home. Thirty of the titles have a phonics focus; ten are written around a theme such as wild animals and my home. Some of the stories have rhyming text. You can download the reading levels here.
